Meet the Networking Cupper Committee

Helen Freeman

Helen Freeman specialises in private personal training, both one to one and in groups. She has a unique approach towards clients, supporting them with nutritional advice, weight loss, change of lifestyle and high, medium or low intensity workouts from 5-105 years. Helen has qualifications in personal training, kids’ play and fitness, adults, older adults, pregnancy and postnatal, circuits, core, nutrition, coaching and more.

Helen also supports people with dyslexia by using the QuickScan Screening software, to screen those aged 13 and older (including adults) for dyslexia and to assess their learning style. She devises strategies to help those with dyslexia with their everyday tasks. But it’s not just for those with dyslexia. So many people struggle with everyday tasks like planning and organising, so Helen can help those too. The screening can assess your learning style and Helen will help you find a strategy to deal with tasks in a way that suits your style.

 Tracey Carpenter

Hi, my name is Tracey and I provide Paediatric First Aid training in Bromley and the surrounding areas. Firstly I am mum to a 6 year old little girl who loves to climb and test my first aid skills.

I am also employed as a Paramedic by South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust. I have nearly 15 years experience dealing with life threatening and non life threatening medical and accidental emergencies that involve children and adults. I work as part of a crew in an ambulance and often respond on my own in a rapid response vehicle: in both cases my job is to assess either the child or adult, provide appropriate first aid and further medical treatment.
