Helen Freeman

Helen Freeman specialises in private personal training, both one to one and in groups. She has a unique approach towards clients, supporting them with nutritional advice, weight loss, change of lifestyle and high, medium or low intensity workouts from 5-105 years. Helen has qualifications in personal training, kids’ play and fitness, adults, older adults, pregnancy and postnatal, circuits, core, nutrition, coaching and more.

Helen also supports people with dyslexia by using the QuickScan Screening software, to screen those aged 13 and older (including adults) for dyslexia and to assess their learning style. She devises strategies to help those with dyslexia with their everyday tasks. But it’s not just for those with dyslexia. So many people struggle with everyday tasks like planning and organising, so Helen can help those too. The screening can assess your learning style and Helen will help you find a strategy to deal with tasks in a way that suits your style.
